About

Get more out of the devices you already own

TaylorTech is founded and run by Matt Taylor, who brings over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, including mobile phone repairs, technology retail, sales and customer service, alongside more than five years of team leadership and management experience.

TaylorTech was established with a simple goal: to help older Australians feel more confident, capable and independent when using technology.

We provide friendly, practical technology education through group workshops and one-on-one lessons, helping people get more out of the devices they already own.

Our sessions cover everyday technology skills, including smartphones, tablets, computers, online services, communication, digital safety and scam awareness.

We believe technology should make life easier, not more complicated. Our approach is patient, practical and tailored to each person's experience and learning pace.

TaylorTech focuses on education, guidance and digital independence. We do not offer device repairs.
